1. Log into your Amber Premium account, and go to the Identity Verification page via:
a. [ Home ] - [ Complate KYC ] - [ Start ]b. [ Settings ] - [ Profile ] - [ Identity Verification ]
2. Click on [ Start ] to complete your Identity Verification
3. Please follow the instructions on the page to complete the certification
① Complete the Qualified Investor Assessment: Please complete the assessment questionnaire and submit relevant documents for certification.
② Fill in personal information: Please truthfully fill in your personal identity information, address information, income information, etc.
③ Identity verification: Select the country/region of your document and document type, and perform facial recognition. Please note that please do not wear a hat, glasses or use filters, and ensure that there is sufficient light for shooting.
4. Identity Verification will be completed within 3 business days. You will receive an email or text notification when the review is done.1. Log in to Amber Premium Web, click on [Identity Verification] in the Personal Center, select the identity type, and click Start verification.

① Qualified Investor Questionnaire
a. Please complete the selection of the options
b. Click [Next] to proceed to the next step
② Submit documents for authentication
2. Fill in personal information
Please truthfully fill in your personal identity information, address information, income information, etc. After filling in and confirming that it is correct, click [Next]
3. Verify Identity: Scan identity document and facial verification
a. Select the country or region that issued your ID and the type of ID;
b. Click the "Scan" button to jump to the webpage, and choose the following options:- Mobile Scan: Scan the QR Code with your mobile phone or send a link to an email and open it on your mobile phone
- Computer Scan: Please make sure your computer has a camera and can be used normally
c. After selecting one of the above functions, perform the following operations:
- ID Scan: Please be sure to use the original physical ID and choose a place with sufficient light to take the photo. Do not use a flash to avoid reflections on the ID. Please ensure that the ID you submit is intact, without obvious damage and within the validity period
- Face scan: Please do not wear a hat, glasses or filters, and ensure that there is sufficient light for the photo
4. Identity Verification will be completed within 3 business days. You will receive an email or text notification when the review is done.
