In order to initiate an account deletion request, your account is required to meet the following conditions:
a. No negative assets in the account balance.
b. The account balance cannot be greater than 10 USD (calculated based on the currency price at the time the deletion request is initiated).
c. No balance in the Amber Premium Card.
d. No open orders in the account, including but not limited to withdrawals, transfers, Swap orders, subscriptions, redemptions, repayments, open positions, close positions, top-up, liquidation, and other types of orders.
Once the above conditions are met, you can initiate an account deletion request through the Amber Premium APP by [Settings] -> [Profile] -> [Delete Account].
